    The item was exactly as described, and the photos served as a great reference. Even though the purse was a little rough when I got it, it cleaned up beautifully with a bit of leather conditioner. It looks brand new now! And the seller was fantastic. The package went out for delivery quickly, and the seller was amazing about updating my shipping information when I told them I had entered the wrong street address. I will definitely buy from them again!

    Items & prices are good. Seller shipped in a reasonable time. Some descriptions are misleading, could be do to immaturity. All in all, the main problem that I have is with the shipping. Most of the time FedEx has lost, damaged, stolen or destroyed my items. I don't know if others are having this problem, it's starting to seem strange that the seller continues to use them. Also seller hasn't communicated with me about FedEx case, since only the shipper can communicate with them.
