I apparently ordered the wrong colour of cell phone wallet, and when inquiring about a return/refund, the seller was quite amicable, and offered partial refund. Since this item was sent from China to Canada, I thought the seller was quite fair and reasonable about the refund. In the end, since the item was inexpensive, and it was my mistake, I chose not to accept the partial refund.
Would buy from them again!

item was great just what i needed,but sadly the zip was out so after a few uses was not catching and sticking so useless, seller offered to send replacement .which i would have taken, but needed a case before the 7-14 days delivery .so got full refund. i have no problem with seller,it was just one of those things, hence positive feedback
