    Bought 4 Champion spark plugs, but they came without end caps, so were unusable. Nowhere on the advert did it say end caps weren't included (they have now ammended their advert....so admitting they have misold the items). I had to buy end caps from elsewhere, I asked if they'd do a partial refund of £4 (the price of the end caps I had to purchase). They refused as I hadn't bought the end caps from them, instead offering a discount on future purchases. Why would I use them again?
