Item arrived as described - Ryobi 80v battery pack. Seller did not use adequate shipping materials, just threw the battery in a cardboard box with no packaging material and hit it with one strip of tape. Box arrived half torn open. Not clear what scuffs and scratches are from in-transit shipping, thankfully the battery will be hidden though.

Item arrived quickly, and was packaged well. Through no fault of the seller, UPS damaged the outside box that the item was shipped in, as well as the item inside. Seller refunded my purchase immediately when notified by me of the damage. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
