Just shoved inside a non-padded envelope. Arrived with the end of the container sticking out of the envelope. Some of the flux was broken off of the rods from rattling around during shipping. The rods was still usable so I kept it, won't order again because of the packing. Thanks

Luckily no glass breakage only a plastic flower. Also shown with nectar pack, but I did not get any. I think seller could have done better.

The seat attachment was chrome and not connected to the other as was show in the picture. The shipping was quick and when delivered it had two holes in the boxes. Thank goodness they were not damaged. The shippers had taken packing tape and taped the manufactures boxes with tape and shipped it.
