I will specifically note the areas I was not honestly happy with: The fact that the item was listed as in “very good” condition. It arrived with the jacket having 2 torn places. Also there is a sentimental inscription hand written on the inside that had been partially marked through with a pen. - IMO, not considered “very good” condition. Very quick & secure shipping, & fair price. 4 stars out of 5.

So I messaged them to see what was going on and they said the post office must have mishandled something. They got in contact with the post office but the post office had no idea what happened to my package. PROBABLY BECAUSE MY SHIPPING LABEL WAS CREATED BUT NEVER BROUGHT TO THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE THERE WAS NEVER A SCAN AT THE POST OFFICE. They blamed it on the post office and gave me my refund for my book.
