    Cancellations and Returns
     
    Bojest will always strive to perform the best customer service possible, but in the event of something going wrong with your order, or you simply need to cancel your order, then we will be there to help.
     
    In the event of cancellation after dispatch and the item is still in transit, we will need to have the item returned before a refund can be issued. We reserve the right to charge for postage costs of sending the item, and customer will need to pay for return costs.
     
    Bojest is confident you will be very pleased with your purchase from us. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt, and return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please ensure the item is unopened and in original condition and packaging.
     
    In the event that an item is damaged, faulty or does not match the description, the customer must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Bojest will then replace the item, item part or issue a refund. If situation requires, it may be necessary that the item is returned to us prior to refund. Customer must ensure item comes back in good condition, and is packed safely to avoid loss or damage in return transit. Customer is responsible for item till it is received back with Bojest.
     
    If a customer changes their mind or purchased a product in error, (for example the size was not checked and assessed for individual customer suitability before purchase), then the product must be returned at customer's expense in its original condition, unopened and as good as new. Bojest retains the right to refuse issuing a refund or only offer a partial refund if the packaging is damaged, worn, creased etc and/or the product has been taken out of its packaging.
