    Although the item went missing in transit, my experience with the Seller was still good. Their communication was always good with quick responses to questions. A refund was applied even though I didn’t ask for one as I decided to wait a little longer. Even better, there was no sob story attached, just got on with business. I like that. I will buy from them again because you can’t control the mail systems.

    Seller reached out within a few hours to let me know the fulfillment team shipped my order to the wrong address. A refund was issued immediately. I appreciate the quick response and immediate refund. Since I don’t want to wait 9 days, I ordered same item, albeit more expensive, from online retailer that will have it here by tomorrow.
