    Give 0 star if possible. 3 days for a reply. Did not send out order but said they did tracking said parcel haven't been received yet so lied all the way threw. Had to get eBay involved before anything was done no compensation for messing me about seller made out they only make 2 pound off order instead of making customer happy it's now the 15th and should of received item when should of been delivered on the 12th September. Ordered on 7th. Avoid this seller totally scam and liars. What a joke

    Took 3 weeks to arrive, then it was missing the rear mat, then took another week to send that. When it arrived it was wrong, did not match the photo listed or fit the car. Terrible customer service, long reply’s and not helpful. Lots of other people selling mats on eBay don’t risk getting them from here. AVOID!!!!

    Usually takes 24 hrs to reply I am sorry not possible to reply before. Initially rear piece was missed by mistake therefore you had in next 3 working days anyway upon arrival you didn't contact regarding fittings therefore we customised and believe this will cover more area rather than standard or usuall people selling on web. We are apologetic for inconvenience.
