I did call them on the cable management which again they responded in a professional and respectful manner. The minor issues were easily fixed with a bit of time on my part. So overall I feel confidant in the goods and in the company, and would recommend them, as your in good hands. Can't give 5 stars with the issues but their responses have made sure this was not a neutral review.

Unfortunately we had a Windows issue with it that prevented it from working and after contacting seller they provided information to fix it, however I am not very technical minded so instead they asked me to return it and they fixed it and returned it back. Seller communication was A+ so despite this little glitch I am very happy with the service from Computer Specialist UK.
