The seller stated that it was in a sealed box so that’s the way the product came and it wasn’t their fault of any kind. They still offered to take it back in return but I realize they were right, so I opted NOT to return it. It’s not their fault. The manufacturer made it sloppy and yet they were still willing to take it back and return..I don’t like the pot but. I give them two thumbs up for customer service.
