Never received item, a book, after almost a month. Seller twice told me that the item was on its way but never arrived. Finally had to ask e-bay to intervene who thankfully obtained a total refund. Totally annoying experience, a waste of time due to lack of courtesy and professionalism from the seller.

Absolutely fantastic service. The item was as described and well packaged and promptly delivered, even though rhe delivery service left the package in "my safe place" (which was instead left in a neighbours garden) but the seller was brilliant in their response and helped resolve the problem quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
