  NE Equipment Manuals was great from the Shipping experience to the Customer Service. The Manuals arrived packaged very tightly/professionally. They were sealed completely to avoid moisture damage. There was one small mistake: he sent 2 Volume I's & not a Volume II. I contacted him promptly & shared pix of the 2 identical manuals. He apologized immediately for the mixup & issued the Return Shipping Label. The missing Volume II arrived today sealed up just as well as the original. GREAT Vendor!

  I ordered a Hyster service and shop repair manual from Northeast Equipment Manuals, they shipped it fast and it was well packaged. I checked it out and it was very helpful, it helped with detailed pictures and explanations on how to work on the fork lift. I had a lot of questions that needed answers and I found them in the manual. I thank you for the manual, I looked on different sites to help me solve the issues I was dealing with on the fork lift.
