The USPS delivered the package to the wrong city (how that happens, idk, but it did); the merchant was extremely helpful first in trying to locate the package, and very quickly refunded & offered a discount on a replacement item when we were unable to get in touch with the people who had the package.

When I first received the item, it was not entirely as described in the listing (case was not in the best quality and manual was missing). However, I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly. They sent a replacement the next day and it came to me in excellent condition.
