    The letter was slow in arriving due to the USPS and no fault of the seller. I reported that the item hadn't arrived and the seller quickly followed up with me to ask I wait a little longer and if it still didn't arrive they'd work with me to make things good. Fortunately, the item did arrive and not lost to the USPS. I rate this seller very high due to their responsiveness and stating that they would make things right if the item didn't arrive.
