Very unsatisfied as to communication. First time I've ever had problems with a company not communicating regularly nor keeping tracking available. I've already been charged for the product.

Contacting them of the error,  I received a brief, nonsensical reply, & “Sorry.” My only recourse was to return to Amazon using the gift receipt - no other address was provided. I cannot get a refund for the price I paid, and I have NO product at all.
