  7 days late arriving but I received an email from ebay informing me that the seller had contacted them to say there was a delay at British customs due to the Christmas period. This was an entirely reasonable explanation. Such good communication ensured that I was not concerned about the delay. The package was well wrapped, just as described and in all respects just as it should be. I am very pleased with it and I would not hesitate to use this seller again.

  The actual purchase of the DVD was fine, arrived in good time and appeared new as advertised. However, unfortunately the DVD has foreign subtitles that can t be turned off, also, the episodes don t start from the beginning of the Johto Journeys but half way through the Orange Island Series. The Johto Journeys don t start until episode 12. EDIT: Seller contacted me to rectify the issues raised, very happy with communication and outcome
