However the more useful information if you're reading this is about the seller. There was an issue with the power cable, I contacted them, and they sorted it straight away, with a new power cable out in the post and with me the next day. The true mark of a good seller is how they respond when things go wrong and I was impressed with this seller and how they dealt with the problem. Highly recommended.

The seller was really helpful with me trying to get a workaround for my laptop not charging. Replied quickly when I asked for advice. Unfortunately it didn't solve my charging problem as the laptop is finished. No fault of the docking bay, I discussed this with the seller and he gave me a no quibble refund that the next day after I posted all the stuff back. Minus postage. A great seller such a change to other eBay sellers.

Unfortunately the battery in the netbook didn’t function but to their credit they refunded 10GBP towards a replacement. Very good company to deal with. The only slight criticism is a Premium phone number which my provider blocked. No matter, they replied quickly via eBay.
