  This was the second attempt at fulfilling this order. First was lost due to shipping company. Second arrived in good-excellent condition. Box was a little crushed, but the contents were okay. The photo/image on this item does not represent the product accurately. The Mats I received did Not have the lock down grommet. In my mind, it would have been better to have one since my vehicle has this feature. This was not a deal breaker, but it was the main reason I chose this item from this seller!

  Product as advertised. Attempted to communicate with seller before item shipped out after two Days of no updates to cancel order since the dealership went ahead and provided me with a set. Three days after I paid the seller then responded after reading my message with tracking info. Nonetheless product was new as advertised.
