I was just in Paris and they were selling these at 20 euros in the gift shops which I would have bought but didn't have room to pack. I had an issue with the first one that arrived as the base did not set level. Contacted the seller and someone actually answered the phone (a big plus!) and resolved the issue. Sent a replacement out right away. The replacement has no issues. Great seller!.

Seller was too quick, it was already in the mail when I realized this item was about 18 inches taller than I wanted. My fault!!! Still, I am very impressed with seller's communication and responsiveness to my multiple questions and effort to retrieve the item before it was shipped (and replace it with another item instead). Great seller---A+++++!
