Delivery - If cleared funds are received by 3pm on a working day (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays) most items are despatched the same day, if this is not possible we promise to either despatch your order within 3 working days or contact you if this is not possible.     Picture is not what you receive despite messaging and asking before purchasing and been told it was, received item bent as wrapped in small piece of cardboard before packing in a unnecessary large jiffy envelope and larger bag? Did offer return once complained but I’ve had to keep due to time/mess on sending back and reordering when it’s needed now. Disappointing from such a well known company to use generic pictures and waste time by supplying wrong information/part.
