Great customer service! Seller was super responsive and helpful to my question, regarding an initial problem I was having with the fitment of the item. As it turned out, it was “operator error” on my part (I was trying to attach the netting to the wrong part of the hook…duh). Item fits just fine, came promptly, and was well packaged. Definitely recommend…A+++
