  I received the box, but box was damaged and blades were missing. Other smaller parts were in there. Someone actually put a hole in the box and stole them. My advise to the company is to not put the description of the items on the outside of the box. Greater chance of thief. I reached out to the company right off and they shipped new blades to me. So customer service is good, which is one of the most important things. I would order from them again. Shipped quickly.

  It took me quite a while to find a 15 tooth starter motor for my 9 year old Craftsman T3300 riding lawn mower. When I finally discovered a motor from Caltric on eBay. The price was great. The motor was shipped out within a day or two and arrived a day earlier then estimated. The motor was well packaged and was exactly as described. I have not ordered from eBay except once many years ago but I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. As for the company "Caltric"...Big Thums Up!

  Excellent seller item is exactly as listed xtra fast shipping Thanks Robert Note: you need to mark packaging don't bend or fold our substandard postal service folded the package in half to put it in my mail box when I straightened the package out the gasket broke in two places. I was able to repair the gasket and use it. On monday I'm going to have another unpleasant conversation with our local postmaster about our carrier and his disregard for delivering packages without damage.
