I contacted the seller several times regarding placing the order with Cobra and they were thoughtful and prompt with their responses. Although I didn't get a tracking number (item shipped Friday and delivered Sunday and ship is closed on weekends) it was a nice surprise. This shop has a website with contact info so calling them may be easier if you have multiple questions.

My p790 clubs were not damaged but just gives the uneasy feeling that my orders appeared to be tampered with.
