UK shipping is free of charge with royal mail, £5.50 with UPS and worldwide shipping is £9.50.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same business day if ordered before 3.30pm.

You must inform us within 24hrs if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your delivery note number in all correspondence. If your package has any sign of damage please sign for as damaged.

Returns Policy

All unwanted items must be returned within 7 days and you are responsable for returning the item.

All products returned must have a valid RMA number and a detailed description of the fault.

The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Any courier damaged product must be notified within 24 hours.

Any parts returned without a fault will be liable to a 25% restock fee.

All warranty is return to base and Accupart are not liable for any damages incurred whilst returning parts.

The screen that I was sent was not by Innolux. This was most likely because it's no longer in production by the company and therefore no longer available. A suitable alternative was sent instead, which I am pleased with but it would have been courteous if I had been informed of the situation in the early stages of the sale. The seller was nice enough to put my mind at rest after I had contacted him about the issue.
