  Absolutely first-rate! Item (book & CD) condition described as ‘Good’ but was easily ‘Very good’. Seller clearly cares deeply about both articles she sells and customer satisfaction: book carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper then bubble wrap before being shipped (with Royal Mail tracking) with a really nice covering note in a waterproof eBay mailing bag. Great communication, too! One of my best eBay buying experiences so far; thank you very much, Penny - long may your cat be fluffy!

  Item as described, posted out and received quickly. Carefully packaged and book was covered with a layer of bubble wrap which proved useful as the outer packaging got shredded during delivery and this extra wrapping prevented the book getting wet and damaged. Not sellers fault, so very happy and confident to buy from again. Thank you!
