UPS on the other hand: they sent the item from Miami to Sparks, NV, said it would be delivered on 09 Sept., and instead they sent my item to New Jersey! It was supposed to be back here yesterday, 19 Sept., but for some reason they're not delivering until tomorrow? I think UPS may have lost it a second time...

Replied back within 2 minutes apologizing for the inconvenience and sending out another one. The second one worked great and was also packaged better than the first one :) Great experience.
