Mr. Foster went beyond anybody that I ever dealt with in customer service . The part I was in the process of ordering was the wrong one , I gave Mr. Foster the measurements of my lower unit and he informed me that it was indeed the wrong lower unit , so he personally took the lower unit that I ordered over to their service center and had them change the drive shaft out for the correct one before it was shipped . And I got in time .

The seller switched out the trim unit, even allowed me to purchase the return label from him saving me money shipping out the correct one. I've saved their information . I highly recommend using them for any purchase.
