    Multiple Purchases
    If you win more than one item please do not pay until I have sent an invoice as combined mailing will generally offer a substantial saving.
    Packaging
    I do charge for packaging as usually I purchase all packaging new, take great care to ensure that all items sent are well protected and above all, no matter how low the selling price I always ensure that everything is mailed second class and a Certificate of Posting is obtained to give all UK customers a free insurance up to the value of £46.
    This all obviously costs time and money but if you are not happy with my fees please let me know before leaving feedback as I will always try to resolve any problems.
    Feedback/Detailed Seller Ratings (the stars underneath feedback)
    These are eBay’s way of ensuring that eBay is a great place to buy and sell, but from a sellers point of view it can be a problem as most buyers do not realise the increased importance of Detailed Seller Ratings, for instance, when you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, i.e. a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly;" eBay, however, considers this a below par mark.
    Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees & more. I strive for 5-star service by stating upfront my policies and my shipping rate and keeping you fully informed of progress throughout the transaction. If you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars. If you are not pleased with my service please let me know via e-mail, and I will strive to correct any errors.

    For any item incorrectly described I will give a full refund including any extra postal fees if the item is returned as received with packaging within 7 working days.
