    All I can say is wow! Rug arrived today 3 days earlier than earliest anticipated delivery day. I was a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I took the risk. The rug is gorgeous and just what I was looking for. I can’t believe I also got this at such a fantastic price (42% of the price Next we’re selling at). Seller responded straight away to my questions. Brilliant transaction. Just goes to show you shouldn’t always believe all the negative reviews. Can’t fault them!

    Despite paying £9.99 for 48 hour delivery, the underlay arrived 16 days later full of holes. Seller was unresponsive to 2 messages asking when it might arrive and only responded once I raised the issue with eBay. Then sent some pictures of the holes and again no response. Very disappointing experience.
