We bought a product through Amazon that arrived used and defective. This after driving an installer 6 hours to our home. Amazon was non-responsive and its "third party seller" didn't respond to our calls for help on a Saturday until Wednesday of the following week. This E-bay seller mailed this panel on Friday of Labor Day weekend and it arrived on Tuesday. Very grateful.

The only issue I had was the delivery (not the seller’s fault) the USPS is just so bad at on time delivery. I got two notices that it would be delivered only to be disappointed by yet another delay.
