    Item was wrapped very well which was good bc by the time the box got to me it had two large holes in it from the delivery people mishandling it. The seller took such great care in wrapping it and lining the box with egg cartons that the pizza stone and it's original box were perfectly intact :) It was shipped quickly and arrived on time, and it's condition was exactly as described. Perfect transaction :)

    Seller unfortunately sent me the wrong item. However, after contacting seller, the correct item was sent to me immediately, without having to return the incorrect item. The seller went above and beyond to correct an understandable mistake (items look similar) to send the correct item. Processing was fast and shipping was timely with good packaging.
