  Seller sold the item as open box. The item arrived broken. Contacted the company and they confirmed from the serial number that the item had been replaced to the original buyer and was deemed for disposal. Tried to to contact the seller but received no help. Told me to fix the item. I offered multiple options, he finally agreed to partial refund. Now says partial refund is not possible because I was unfair. First negative feedback I leave since 2008. Worst experience on eBay ever.

  From the beginning of the transaction, the buyer was unfair and untruthful because he did not show or provide any evidence that the dehumidifier was faulty or that he contacted the manufacturer. The buyer appealed for a discount price, which I honored. After weeks of purchase, he wanted a partial refund. if the item was not good, he should have requested a return and would gladly make a full refund.
