  This was an interesting transaction that worked out well in the end. The item was listed as new but the warehouse shipped a used item that arrived with paint chips and other damage. When I contacted the ebay seller about this, they very quickly offered to send another unit, and send pictures in advance confirming that the packaging would be more than adequate. In due course the replacement unit arrived, packed meticulously this time, and in perfect condition. Great service and communication!!!

  Item was a replacement for a defective item (factory defect, no fault of the seller). Not only did they go out of theri way to replace the original model, they kept in constant communication with me the whole time. Once the replacement model shipped it arrived from China quite quickly and in perfect condition. I have never seen any seller package with care the way they did. Truly one of Ebay's absolute best sellers. Would definitely purchase from them again. 5 out of 5 stars!
