The seller was an amazing communicator. They did everything possible to smooth out the issues by the carrier, which of course was not their fault but took responsibility beyond expectations and went the extra mile.

However, the seller was very helpful, always responding very quickly to all questions and really did her best to help during the whole process. So as long as you are aware of the above, it is a great product and customer service is very helpful.
