FedEx however provided false tracking information (not their first time) that both were delivered yesterday (June 13). They provided two tracking entries stating that both were delivered, when the second was nowhere to be found. The second package with the 3 remaining packs were not received until today (June 14). Contact made w/seller, full order refunded right away. Meantime, shipper re-boxed and delivered other 5 bottles. I contacted seller to let them know I received full refund and 5 bottles and should be charged again. Since order completed in system, they weren't able to charge me again. I mailed check instead and continue to order juice once a month. Seller is the best of any I have ever dealt with!!
