On cursory glance, I overlooked the small keychains entangled in the cushioning paper and inadvertently threw them in the recycle bin. I notified Chesbro that they were missing, and they immediately offered to send replacements. The next day I thought to look in the bin, and to my chagrin, there they were. D'oh! I sent an apologetic note, and they cancelled the replacement order. Thank you for your patience with me!
