    We use The VAT Margin Scheme. Meaning that VAT cannot in most instances be re claimed on items purhased from us.
     
    We offer a 30 day returns policy. It starts the day you receive any item from us.
     
    We take great care in the description of items that we list on eBay, should you believe a description is not correct you are welcome to return the goods (please read our full Terms & Conditions below) We will not give money of to anyone that attempts to say that there is a small mark of similar that was not on the listing!
     
    All used items will have some form of marks of scratches on them, our descriptions are very accurate.
     
    Brand New & Sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
     
    All items are sent with Tamper Evident Labels attached & UV Marking where needed. Sadly there have been many cases of buyers attempting to swap items for their faulty items. This is not on & will not be tolerated.
     
    We pack all items extremely well, should there be a case that a item gets damaged we would ask you in the first place to contact us & to be able to take close up images of any damage.
     
    Normally we send items out every day (Monday to Friday) Once the item has been sent out we will add full Tracking Information to your PayPal Account. All items will always be sent by a Recorded & Signed for Service.
     
    We only send items within the UK & Ireland. P&P prices shown are for the UK Mainland only, shipping to Northern Ireland, the Irish Republic, The Channel Islands Etc will be more. Please allow a minimum of 7 days from the date you pay for any item before you contact us to find out where it is.
     
    All electrical items will be supplied with a suitable mains cable & sealed plug, older electrical items that would not of originally been supplied with a plug may sometimes be supplied without a plug, wiring of a plug is very simple & will take less than 1 minute, if you are not happy to possibly have to supply your own plug & wire it up please do not buy older type items from us.
     
    Any returns due to a buyer having a change of mind are to be paid for in full by the buyer & the original p&p charges will be deducted from any refund that is due. Make sure you arrange return before just returning any item.
     
    DUTY OF CARE, the buyer has a duty of care to return any return items in the same condition as they were sent in, any attempts to swap items for a buyers faulty items will be met with a claim being issued in the small claims court. We will not pussy foot around with anyone attempting this!
