    Throttle cable was exactly as stated. Item was shipped the day after it was ordered. Had delay with postal service. Even though at this point it was out of Motomentum's hands I contacted them with my concern. They immediately got back to me. They looked into the matter and assured me the part was delayed but still on the way. They were correct. !00% customer service.

    Seller sent exact item listed in new condition. Extremely fast shipping. Unfortunately, the manufacture gives misleading fitment information. Manufacturer packaging says fits '07 and later Softails. Item did not fit and (when contacted) manufacture changed claim to only fit '07 through '17 Softails. Item was bought for '20 FXLRS. Seller was notified that item didn't fit and very quickly sent return authorization according to their listed return policy. 5 star seller.

    Had to get ebay involved in the return. Even though the vendor and I didn't see eye to eye they were polite and replied back in a timely manner. I am sure they are a good vendor but they need to get their refund from the manufacturer. It is not the customer's fault that the manufacturer had the wrong description on the part.
