Customer service is great! Ran into an issue with tracking @ customs, contacted the vendor to see if they received another #, they responded quickly & seemed genuinely concerned about delivery. The good news is that it arrived. Packaging was beaten up including holes in the box, I suggest a "Fragile " sticker. Quality is ok for a driver, not show quality.
