The unit was very well cushioned with styrofoam, triple wrapped with bubblewrap and packed very securely in sturdy cardboard. Powered up instantly. Came with new power supply in factory pack. This is how all transactions would happen in an ideal eBay world. I would def purchase again from this supplier! The batteries weren't in great condition, but they weren't guaranteed so I can't complain. Plus, after contacting the seller they sent out replacements, they too were not in great shape, but again; not guaranteed. They were decent at keeping up communication as well and did their best to give assistance when needed. Lastly, the item was shipped expediently and arrived as described and in well protected packaging.
