    The item arrived in bits in a box in a bag from royal mail apologising as it was damaged in transit. I was offered refund or replacement after seller received it back. Attached plenty of photos and paperwork. The seller paid for return postage from NI (thanks) and I was refunded the full amount within a couple of days of arrival. I bought off them before with no issues and would buy again. Due to holiday and delivery time I paid double for the part locally to my mechanic.

    Item received via Hermes next day delivery on Friday 30th Aug 2024. As described and expected. Fitted perfectly with no issues. I await my £15 service exchange refund (when the seller receives the returned old unit). I have contacted the seller via ebay messenging to request a sales invoice (no hard copy included in the package) to add to and maintain my vehicle service history and evidence of parts purchased and fitted. This will no doubt follow w/c 02/09/24 due to the weekend.
