    Seller was unable to produce advertised item. After 6 days of 0 communication from seller and no tracking info, I contacted seller for shipping information and their answer was that they were unable to locate the item! While they did give a refund, the lack of communication and inability to provide the listed item is unacceptable! My vehicle has been sitting at a dealer for more than a week waiting on the listed part that was ordered.

    Extremely happy with this order. Not only did it come fast, but this was packaged EXCEPTIONALLY well. The OEM box was placed inside another bigger box, and extra bubble wrap/padding was placed around it, so by the time I got it...the OEM box isn't was mint condition/brand new still. Very pleased. Product was a trim panel for my ford edge so nothing spectacular there, but wouldn't hesitate to spend thousands with this seller in the future. Items will be well packaged and come fast!
