Good processing & communication, I received it on the early days of the estimated delivery dates, packed well in bubblewrap envelop, no damage during transit. The DVD was secure in its case - it didn't rattle & hadn't come loose. It was new in its sealed cellophane wrap. I am very happy with this purchase & very happy with this seller. Thank you
