She gave me the address to send the wig back without a shipping label. No problem, I paid for shipping, usps confirmed the wig was hand delivered and then she stopped responding to me via email. Thankfully, Ebay/ Customer Service T handled the business and gave me my refund for the wig and requested that Gina Ning reimburse me for shipping. Thank you Ebay CSR T. for doing the right thing! Buyer Beware
