  The shipping was fast and the item was packaged better than any other item I've bought on eBay. Item is exactly like pictured but the part number was not correct on the listing based on brothers parts list. So I was still a little unsure if I was getting the right part. But it was the right part. Thank you.

  Seller promptly shipped product. Our mailman forced package into our locked mailbox. No damage occurred just had hard time unlocking the box. Product was well organized and packaged. And the seller provided good instructions for how to use the product. I have not used the product and will not use it till I need to refill a cartridge.

  The seller sent me the wrong part and with the wrong part number. Included in the box with the packing list was a slip with a phone number to call to work out any problems. I called the number and spoke with the Asian lady that answered the phone, and she admitted the mistake. She told me that she would remove one from another printer she had and send it to me immediately. It is now a week later, and nothing has been done so I had to order another part from a different company.
