This seller finally received my emails and really went the extra mile to show they care! I have chose to keep the broken beak bird, still sad but this seller has proved to care by allowing me to either return,( even tho there is a no return) or keep and they would reimburse almost half! I didn't even want to unwrap this item from the work of art in which it arrived. It had precisely 1" of bubble cushioning on all six sides, and yet unwrapped with minimal effort. The box edges were perfectly aligned, as were the tape edges and the label, which peeled evenly so the box was re-usable. TEN STARS!
