They were very helpful throughout and offered to refund, send parts, and even replace laptop if they had in their inventory. The driver issue can happen to anyone and I fixed it, but I appreciate the effort shown by the seller instead of being dismissive. I feel comfortable buying from them in future for this reason and recommend them to others.
