  I bought a FUNKO POP from this seller, when it arrived it was only the FUNKO pop and did not have its box. After agonizing over it for a couple of weeks, I reached out to the seller to possibly return the item as I do not remember it saying no box in the item description. The seller’s response was rather curt and unfriendly. After a few messages back and forth the issue was escalated to EBay. They took care of issue and everything was resolved. I will not buy from this seller again.

  I clearly stated in the description that the figure did not include the box. There were also several pictures, none of which showed a box in them. This was an expensive item so I of course took it to eBay over the false claims about the box. Somehow they sided with them and they received a full refund. This is just a good example of how eBay does not care about sellers. Please view all of my other great feedback for a better idea my service.
