After agonizing over it for a couple of weeks, I reached out to the seller to possibly return the item as I do not remember it saying no box in the item description. The seller’s response was rather curt and unfriendly. After a few messages back and forth the issue was escalated to EBay. They took care of issue and everything was resolved. Somehow they sided with them and they received a full refund. This is just a good example of how eBay does not care about sellers.
